All sales final. However if the merchandise is deemed shipped damaged, Topzip will replace at no charge.
Our Guarantee
We do not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Products may be returned to us for an evaluation to be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Please contact us if you would like your product to be considered for evaluation.
Returns & Exchanges
Products bought from a retailer must be returned or exchanged through the retailer according to their policies.
Products bought from our website may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice. We will issue a full refund or exchange of goods only if the item returned is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping charges are non refundable unless the item is damaged.
Please contact us to receive an RA number before returning an item. Please write the RA number clearly on your box.

Delivery / Shipping Policy
We will ship all orders 3-5 days from purchase date. Additional shipping charges for expedited requests. If a product is out of stock, or expected delivery to our location is delayed, customer will be notified and given a choice of back ordering or canceling the order.
Additional charges for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. International orders (from outside the USA) are subject to additional shipping and handling charges depending the destination country. International orders have to be insured for the full value of merchandise. There will be an additional charge for the cost of insuring international shipment.
Credit card purchases by overseas customers must be verified by the issuing bank. We may require customer to sign and fax back to us a credit card charge form.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation are acceptable, however if the item has already shipped the customer may refuse delivery and therefore be responsible for shipping, and re-stocking fees which will be debited from returned funds.
